An First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Citizens' Joint Parliamentary Committee (CJP), for allegedly entering a government school without permission and threatening its staff in Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra. The complaint was filed on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at the City Chowk police station. According to the complaint filed by Shaikh Shabbir, the headmaster of the school, Mr. Dipke allegedly entered the school premises without authorization. The complaint states that during his entry, Mr. Dipke confronted and threatened teachers and other school staff. He is also accused of recording videos inside the school and attempting to disseminate them on social media platforms. Mr. Dipke, known for his activism on various local civic issues, including illegal structures and public amenities, has provided a different account of the events. He stated that his visit to the school was prompted by complaints from parents regarding alleged negligence by teachers in conducting classes. Mr. Dipke claimed his intention was to inspect the school's functioning and gather information related to these parental grievances. He denied threatening anyone during his visit, asserting that he only questioned the teachers about their alleged non-compliance with teaching duties. He also stated that he had previously submitted formal complaints to higher education authorities regarding the school's operations.

The investigation into the matter is ongoing, with police officials gathering statements and evidence. The legal process is expected to proceed as per standard procedures following the registration of an FIR.
