Jaish-e-Mohammed, a Pakistan-based Islamist terrorist organization, is designated as a global terrorist entity by the United Nations. Its chief, Masood Azhar, remains in Pakistan, a point of long-standing concern for international counter-terrorism efforts and regional security.
